Trying to setup the nf-aggregate pipeline on seqera and getting the following error:

Unknown pipeline repository or expired Git credentials: [GitHub - seqeralabs/nf-aggregate: Pipeline to aggregate pertinent metrics across pipeline runs on the Seqera Platform (beta)](https://github.com/seqeralabs/nf-aggregate)

I can’t find nf-aggregate listed as a pipeline here:

> Find the best Nextflow pipelines from the community and add them to Seqera Platform, or run locally.

does this explain why it doesn’t work in the platform? We are able to run it locally

Hi William,

You’re likely running into GitHub API rate limits which are quite low for public repos without authentication.

Adding GitHub credentials to your workspace, as shown [here](https://docs.seqera.io/platform-cloud/git/overview#github), will allow you to increase this rate limit. Feel free to add credentials to your workspace then re-try setting up the nf-aggregate pipeline.

Thanks @eshajoshi , that worked

I guess git credentials are not necessary for small scale testing with [https://github.com/nextflow-io/hello](https://github.com/nextflow-io/hello) or [https://github.com/nf-core/](https://github.com/nf-core/sarek) but are for
