# Nfcore/rnaseq pipeline never finishes

Hi everyone, I am experiencing some difficulties with the nf-core/rnaseq pipeline. It is the first time I run it using an aws environment.
I followed the setup in the documentation and it worked well for the nf-core/fetchngs pipeline. So I am pretty sure that my environment is correct.
Since friday I have been trying to run the rna-seq pipeline with my samples (there are many) and it keeps on failing after around 8hours, because of an EC2 crash.
When I resume the pipeline it continues and crashes again after several hours. I did this 5 times in total until I got an new error message this evening.
Unable to create Batch Job definition for container image: [public.cr.seqera.io/platform/nf-launcher:j17-24.10.4](http://public.cr.seqera.io/platform/nf-launcher:j17-24.10.4) - Reason: The security token included in the request is invalid. (Service: AWSBatch; Status Code: 403; Error Code: UnrecognizedClientException; Request ID: 20f4b8fc-dd9b-45f0-8241-ee426e2fa843; Proxy: null)
The pipeline would not start.
I am using the seqera dashboard to run the pipeline. Any help or hint would be much apprecitated!

I fixed it for now by generating a new compute environment.
