# Running deepvariant docker inside nextflow

I m running deepvariant docker inside the nextflow but it’s thrown an error, if same deepvariant docker I run outside nextflow, using bash script then it run well.

Would you please help me?

What error is being thrown? Please share the `.nextflow.log` file. Can you share a minimal reproducible example?
