As part of ENGENE 2025 (North-Northeast Genetics Meeting in Brazil), we are hosting a remote mini-course on Building Reproducible Pipelines with Nextflow: From Scratch to Practice.

Excited to see another online workshop. I was wondering if this is complementary to the `hello Nextflow` workshops online or is a kind of follow up?

Hi @ppreshant, I believe this workshop will cover the same topics as Hello Nextflow.

@mribeirodantas will be the instructor and can confirm.

Have you perhaps already worked through Hello Nextflow?

Oh yes, I have worked through the intro Nextflow and nf-core a while ago.

I was recommending it to a colleague but they might just do the weeklong self paced training this month.
