Hi everyone! Hope this is the correct place for this question (please let me know if it’s not). I’m trying to run my CUT&Tag data through the cutandrun nf-core pipeline, but any process that uses deepTools fails with:
AttributeError: module ‘matplotlib.cm’ has no attribute ‘register_cmap’
I have tried to downgrade my matplotlib in my conda environment, but the pipeline is still giving me the same error. Any suggestions (ideally without setting up another profile system) would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
