We are trying to use Pipeline Secrets with Google Cloud Batch. We have an organization policy that requires all resources (including secrets) to be defined within the US for security reasons. Seqera is trying to create a global secret. We do have location of us-central1 defined in our Seqera GCP compute environment configuration. Below is the error message. Please help us resolve this issue.
