I’m looking at using data studios for doing a full test run of a nextflow pipeline and being able to watch in real time how resources are utilised in a linux environment.
I’m struggling to figure out how to install and use Docker, however - can anyone provide any insights? Alternatively, is there some better way of doing this in the Seqera ecosystem?
Would appreciate any advice!

Thanks for your question. This functionality is called “Docker-in-Docker”, or “Docker-inside-Docker” (DinD) and is a technique to run Docker containers inside another Docker container. There’s an existing Studios feature request for this that is currently being evaluated. Please upvote the feature request if you are interested in getting notifications on when this is released.
