Hi Lizzie,

I am a scientist/bioinformatician and am building a nextflow pipeline now to scale our current work flow. It’s based on SARS-CoV-2 and other pathogen proactive responses. It’ll be featured on nf-core once completed.

Would it be possible to present my work at the Seqera sessions even in San Francisco?

Hi @skose , apologies for the late reply. I believe the schedule is already full for the Sessions event in San Francisco, however we do have an open call for speakers for the upcoming Nextflow Summit in Boston, MA, which would be a great place to showcase your work. You may also be interested in the Seqera Sessions scheduled for March 19 in London, which offers training and networking opportunities.
