While taking the quiz, there are only 14 actual questions. Is that the case? I am not sure which of the other questions counts as the 15th point. Or am I missing something? Thanks in advance if you have any insights! 
Yes, it is. There are actually 14 questions plus the last question (number 16) which has no wrong answers and brings +1 point anyways.
