An in-person hackathon to contribute to tasks related to nf-core and its Nextflow projects. This Hackathon will take place as part of the 9th North-Northeast Symposium on Bioinformatics.
We will be working on projects during the hackathon. The projects can range from:
→ List item Add new features to existing pipelines.
→ Add and improve components (modules / subworkflows)
→ Improve the nf-core website and tools.
→ Create entirely new pipelines.
→ Discussion and planning of community initiatives.
→ Working on topics of special interest groups
→ …anything else
You can bring your own favorite topic or choose from a list of open issues in the community. Each project has a lead person who can guide you in the right direction.
